Certain lone workers in specific job roles may be operating in remote areas. For times when cell signal is weak or intermittent, we offer a satellite phone solution for ensuring personal security. Sky Alert SPOT X provides 2-way satellite messaging so lone workers can stay connected wherever they find themselves.
The device provides powerful communication in a crisis and allows the Sky Alert monitoring stations to locate lone workers if the worst happens. Deploying GPS technology, the device automatically sends the user’s location information to the monitoring station at 10-minute intervals.
The user can easily trigger a Red Alert by pushing the prominent SOS button. Once connected to the monitoring station, agents will follow agreed escalation processes to get the lone worker the help that they need.
